COVID-19 Statement
The health and welfare of our precious clients as well as our very own employees and family members are of the absolute utmost importance to us here at Nightingale’s Nursing & Attendants. We share and certainly understand everyone’s concerns as we navigate these uncertain times brought on by the Covid-19 virus Pandemic. We believe a one-on-one caregiver and client situation is one of the safest ways we can care for others and that the care can be performed safely and effectively through the use of good hygienic measure.
We are using information from various resources to maintain a top level knowledge base about what is happening day-to-day as more information evolves, we are actively drafting internal protocols established by National organizations and local government in order to assist our caregivers in providing the excellent and safe care in the homes of SC our clients are accustomed to.
As a result, we have developed an online training program to facilitate a more rapid distribution of the information needed for all of our staff and caregivers. Our increased efforts and protocols include hourly wipe downs of the front desk, contact areas, door knobs, toilet handles, contact surfaces for desk, and potential contaminated surface areas in all local offices along with a twice daily thorough cleaning of the entire office. Multiple hand sanitizer stations are in place and employees are encouraged to wash their hands frequently with running water and soap and to use tissues to touch items like gas pumps, salt and pepper shakers, etc. . Employees have also been notified not to report to work if they have any Signs and Symptoms of fever, cough or lower respiratory problems including shortness of breath and to call us immediately if they any reason to suspect the possibility of exposure or become symptomatic.
We are no longer gathering closely in groups over 10 and are now practicing social distancing. The “elbow bump” is quite popular for greeting at the moment! Hopefully, our business will be able to continue at only a slightly reduced capacity and we are most definitely recommending group prayer for anyone that chooses to participate to further facilitate protection under the wings of God the Father for all the Nightingale’s angels, our precious clients and their loved ones!!
Thank you for allowing us to work with our vulnerable population and we will look forward to the ending of this virus and protection from harm as we stand firm in His word. Thanks be to God and God Bless America!
