Gloria Kasler, RN
Gloria Kasler is the type of hands on owner an In-Home Care company needs. As a former ICU Nurse with over 25 years of Nursing experience Gloria had the passion and vision to bring Nightingale’s Nursing to life. Her pure enthusiasm and love for her business, her staff and most importantly her patients is only next to her relationship with God. Gloria has been honored as “EMERGING ENTREPRENUER OF THE YEAR FOR SC” as well as “Who’s Who” among nurses, as well as being recognized as one of the leaders of home care by Merrill-Lynch, Earnst & Young, Inc.500, and Carolina Bank.
Both inside and outside of work, Gloria stays involved in the community and is an advocate of many organizations in support of a wide variety of special needs including Autism, Alzheimers, Brain and Spinal cord injured, Complex Children’s needs, and many more Human service organizations. She is also a member of the American Association of Pediatrics, the Wound Healing Society, the SC Personal Care Association, and a board member of the SC Home and Hospice Care Association. She continues to devote a great deal of her time to lobbying efforts that help to support state-funded medical assistance for the financially disadvantaged.
When she can find the time, she loves to play golf and continues to do home visits and enjoys the time she spends with her clients. “That’s the real fun of doing this kind of work – I get to meet the people of South Carolina. The clients seem to appreciate developing real relationships with the office staff as well as with the owner and I enjoy them as well.”
Tom Kasler
Tom is Nightingale’s Nursing & Attendants Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer. Is a graduate of Ohio State University and holds an MBA from Rutger’s University. As a manufacturing Executive Tom brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, organizational development, engineering and Human Resources. After retiring from Georgia Pacific he joined Nightingale’s. Tom is very concerned with providing the Nightingale employees with exceptional benefits through his excellent management techniques among many other things!
Babbette Yates
With a winning attitude, Mrs. Yates, a mother of two has taken on the office management responsibilities of the Myrtle Beach office and the oversight for the Skilled Nursing cases. “Hiring just the right nurses for our precious clients is something I love to do”, says Babbette. “I love to work with the parents of children needing services so I can understand what I can do to make their lives easier. Being a mother with young children at home myself helps me understand how important it is for them to be able to depend on caregivers to provide excellent care to their child. I do whatever it takes to make that happen.”
